School students from Grade 3 to Grade 12 are eligible to apply – all it takes is an original idea.3. What are the student categories?
There are 3 categories. Category 1: Grade 3-5; Category 2: Grade 6-8; Category 3: Grade 9-12.4. What kind of ideas can I bring to the table?
Junior Inventor Student Online challenge encourages product and innovation-based ideas around select themes. The idea does not necessarily have to be tech-driven – it can be as simple as inventing your own Rubik’s Cube solving methods.5. At what stage must my idea be in order to apply for the challenge?
Junior Inventor Student Online Challenge accepts ideas at varied stages. Whether it’s something that’s only in your mind, or something on paper, or even perhaps for which you’ve built a prototype – they’re all welcome provided that, they are original.6. What must I keep in mind when I prepare my video for the challenge?
Your film can take any form you like: animation, talking head, documentary, dramatic reconstruction, whatever. Hint: It’s worth keeping in mind that video is a dynamic visual medium – using diagrams, simulations, physical demonstrations etc. is a lot more effective than standing in front of a blackboard talking.7. How long should my video be?
Your video must be 3 minutes (3:00) in length or shorter to qualify for the Challenge. Please check the time on the YouTube counter to make sure your video is 3 minutes (3:00) or under.8. On what basis will my video submission be judged?
The video will be judged according to the following criteria: Originality of the idea, Relevance to the theme and Engagement.9. Are there prizes for participating in the challenge?
Yes! All participants will receive certificates and get assured prizes worth Rs. 1000+10. What is the entry fee?
There is a nominal fee of Rs. 199 only. All participants will receive guaranteed rewards worth Rs. 1000+11. What does the winner get?
